Shipping and Handling Cost Policy

We will send all the items ordered by registered mail /airmail.

Shipping charge will be free for order value > HK$1000.

China, Hong Kong and Macau

Hifi-cd.com will send the products by registered mail / Courier. The delivery time will vary from 7 to 30 days.

Asia, USA and Europe

Hifi-cd.com will send the products by registered airmail. The delivery time will vary from 14 to 30 days. EMS express delivery can be provided on your request. The EMS charge can be negotiated via email.

Shipping Reference

 

 

 

We use shipping unit as our basis of determining the shipping and handling cost. The shipping unit is based on the weight and package of the item. Normally we will use 1 unit for most normal CD. However for vinyl records, deluxe-package CD such as box sets, etc, the shipping unit will be 2 or above.

Return Policy & Procedures

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your hifi-cd.com online purchase. In the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it to us in its original condition (product must be unopened) within 30 days for a 100% refund.

hifi-cd.com is not liable for any manufacturers' defects. We will gladly exchange defective items when returned and accompanied by the appropriate RMA# for return.

hifi-cd.com will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an error in product fulfillment.

Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.

You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods.

For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. hifi-cd.com is not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.

All refunds if applicable will be applied to the credit card used for your original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return.

Return Procedure

All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA # simply email us at [email protected]. The products must be sealed and not opened.

Please indicate RETURN in the subject field and include the following information:

Order number and purchase date
Title(s) requested for return
Reason(s) for the return (damaged, defective or not desired)
Whether you require replacement or refund
Your RMA# and return instructions will be emailed back to you.

All returns must be received within the allotted time frame (30 days from date of issuance). Items received after this date will be refused.

If the customer did not satisfy the products and request return, the return postage will be beared by the customer. If we delivered the wrong items or defected items, the return postage will be beared by our company.
